Tancredi's house is the ideal place to save yourself from the Coronavirus: The house is an isolated and romantic house on an isolated beach, it has 2300 square meters of garden. sea and breeze. the perfect place to isolate yourself. it was completely renovated in August 2017, at the minimum distance from the sea allowed in compliance with the law and nature, 80 meters from the dunes, 150 m from the sea. The house has direct and private access to the beach. It is a little house that will be appreciated by those who love to travel, feel the wind, the waves, from those looking for a soul's journey in each journey. In the house you will find a piano and a guitar. The house is available to guests since January 2018. Tancredi's home is a home for those who like to get away from the daily rhythm, from the sounds of the city to seek tranquility. It is the perfect place to write a book or to complete a demanding work. At the home wifi no limits to smart working.

The Granelli district is very populated in summer, and during the summer, street vendors bring croissants for breakfast, fresh bread, vegetables, fruit and fish to your home. Also near the house there is a bar on the beach, Baia Granelli, available for breakfast or lunch. The nearest supermarket is in Pachino, 5 km from the house, the Crai Supermarket, in Contrada Pianetti. I suggest you come by car, because in Contrada Granelli there are no buses, but even the bike could be an interesting and healthy choice. During the winter it is necessary to move to nearby Marzamemi or Portopalo or Pachino for restaurants and shops. The beach house is located in a nerve center, on the beach, a few meters from the sea, but above all perfectly central between Marzamemi, just 12 km away, Portopalo (14 km) with the island of Capo Passero, and between the baroque Noto, (27 km) and the splendid Modica, (35 km) Scicli (40 km) and Ragusa Ibla, (56 km) an only 58 km from Syracuse and the suggestive Ortigia.
