Independent house of 85 square meters. on the ground floor completely restored in 2016, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and entrance, with a 200 sqm garden for the exclusive use of guests and their animal friends. Porch with outdoor furniture. Private parking, air conditioning, heating, TV and free Wi-Fi. The house is located in a private road closed, in a quiet residential area, convenient to services, just 5 minutes drive from "Marco Polo" airport and 25 minutes by tram from Venice historic center. The accommodation Strategic position to visit the cities of Venice, Padua, Treviso, the beaches of Jesolo, Eraclea, Caorle and Bibione. You can leave your car here and comfortably take the tram to Venice, while your animal friends can stay quietly at home or in the cool garden. Guest Access Home & Garden. I like Venice, its history and its islands, the quiet lagoon when the sun sets and everything is tinged with beautiful colors, the small uninhabited islands, which I explore my my small boat. I like to cook and I like people from all over he world, there is so much that I and we can learn from other cultures. I want my guests to feel at home as I would if I were abroad.
