A breathtaking panorama on the 'Golfo dei Poeti' The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of an ancient building in front of the sea. A recent renovation converted it in a bright open space, provided with air - conditioning. There's a big kitchen and the living room area, with a double bed sofa. The double bedroom looks into the silent garden in the back of the house, with a small terrace. Upstairs, a big space houses another extra bed. The view is enchanting, and consists of the entire 'Golfo dei Poeti' with Tino and Palmaria islands, and Portovenere just in front. The boats to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre leave every day just in front the house. In the absence of elevator we provided the building with stairlifts, comfortable for people and useful as well to carry the luggage. Who comes by car finds facilities to park it at 'La Vallata', 5 minutes walking from the apartment. there are discounts for the day and more for the entire week, or month. During the Summer the apartment is rentable weekly, for longer periods as weel, from Saturday (check in h.1.00 pm) to Saturday (check out h.10.00 am).

The house is located on the seafront in the center of Lerici, opposite the gardens where every Saturday morning is held the market. The beaches are within a few minutes walk from the apartment, as well as the cliffs of the marina, typical destination for a dip. Right in front of the house there 's the jetty from which boats leave to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. Very close home also the bus connections with the nearby Sarzana and La Spezia, or the charming village of Tellaro, just a few minutes by bus or by a pleasant stroll along the road to Fiascherino beach.
