Property information

This quiet 40mq ground floor accommodation has an outdoor space for outdoor dining. Self check-in is active so you are free to arrive at the time you prefer. Before arrival you will see videos with explanations to manage the house in complete autonomy. The property has a large garage with the possibility of leaving your ski equipment and bicycles and outside you can park your car for free without time constraints. Outside you will find a comfortable wooden table for your outdoor lunches, which can also be used in the height of summer because there is a comfortable awning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, coffee machine, moka and kettle. You will find a supply of salt, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee and pods, tea in various flavors. For daily cleaning there are a series of detergents at your disposal. SMART TV has Amazon Prime set up. In the bathroom there is a washing machine with detergents, a drying rack and an iron On request, FREE OF CHARGE, a camping cot complete with sheets, a high chair, a changing table, a baby bath and plastic plates and cutlery for small guests are available

We are located in "Fiorine'' one km from the historic center and the main supermarkets and shops. 50 meters away is the pharmacy and the bar for amazing aperitifs, the hamburger restaurant and self-service for refueling with many vending machines for products. 100 meters away is the grocery store with typical products. 150 meters away is the cycle path that reaches Bergamo.
