The property is very welcoming and located in a well-served area. It is an apartment with an independent entrance from the building in which it is located. In the surrounding area there are many commercial activities, reachable in a few minutes on foot, such as: bars, cafes, sandwich shops, supermarket, newsstand/lottomatica receipt office, restaurants, opticians, water and soap, bakeries, pharmacies, etc..
