Property information

La Cinisara is a beautiful independent apartment located inside a Villa. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all the services and comforts necessary to guarantee a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with hydromassage tub and toilet, a second bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, a very large kitchen (equipped with all utensils) with a large dining table, a large external veranda and a well-kept garden that surrounds the apartment. BEDS: The apartment can accommodate a maximum number of 8 people including 2 in the bedroom with double bed, 3 in the second bedroom with single bed and bunk bed and 3 in the living room (2 on the sofa bed and one on the single bed). BATHROOMS: The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with a hydromassage tub and one with a shower. WIFI: The apartment is equipped with free and unlimited Wi-Fi. AIR CONDITIONING: The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. HEATING: The apartment is equipped with a pellet stove connected to the radiator system (present in every room) capable of heating the entire apartment in a few minutes. LINEN: The apartment is complete with bed linen and towels (2 for each guest). WASHING MACHINE: Guests will also have access to a washing machine which they can use at no additional cost. KITCHEN: The apartment has a furnished kitchen complete with all utensils. PARKING: The apartment has a private internal parking which is accessed via an automatic gate. SAFETY: The apartment has a First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher and external Video Surveillance system. GARDEN: The exterior consists of a large veranda and garden for the exclusive use of guests.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area but at the same time a few minutes walk from various commercial activities (Bars, Bakeries and Supermarkets). To stay in our structure we recommend renting a car as the area is not served by public transport.
