Nice and comfortable apartment located in the historic center of Muggia, perfect for a vacation with family or a group of friends. BED POLICY: It will be our care to prepare the apartment for the number of guests indicated at the time of booking. N.B If you need each guest to sleep in a separate bed, NOT shared, please notify us in time and we will try to accommodate you! It is possible that an extra charge may be required for preparation, to be arranged with the office and paid prior to your arrival. The space is divided as follows: KITCHEN complete with induction plate, oven, microwave oven, various utensils. LIVING AREA with sofa bed, television and spacious dining table. 1 DOUBLE BEDROOM 1 TWIN BEDROOM WITH 2 SINGLE BEDS, refrigerator BATHROOM 1: Shower stall, bidet. BATHROOM 2: Shower stall, washing machine and bidet. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: air conditioning. Heating is autonomous. DURING THE STAY: 🕒 Check-in is possible from 15:00 to 19:00. You will be contacted by our staff to register your documents via our Guest Portal, you will be required to provide ID for all guests.The day of your arrival, during check-in times, you can come directly to our office and carry out the identification; we are located at 'Via Trento 15a , only a 2-minute walk from Trieste Central Station. Accommodation tax is per person per night for the first 5 nights, payable at check-in. Minors, residents and law enforcement officers on duty are exempt. if you have different requests please contact us, we will be happy to help if possible. Please check that you have not forgotten anything in the flat, in which case we will be happy to help you retrieve it. 🚭 No smoking ✖️ No parties 🚫 No pets allowed
