The flat is located in the heart of the city centre, in the Old Town, in a ' 700, totally renowed (March 2017), historic building. All the major amenities (Historic monuments and buildings, Museum, Shopping areas, Restaurants and Bar) are situated within walking distance. The flat has been tastefully furnished and decorated to a very high standard . The flat is equipped with Air Conditioner, Tea/coffe facilities, hairdryer, TV-Lcd, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Built In Induction Hobs and Microwave. *** Guest Review Award Winner 2018 *** !!! PLEASE NOTE: A Tourist Tax has been introduced since 1° June 2018 by Municipality of Trieste . It consist in 2 Euro /person/night for a maximum of 5 nights ( minors excluded). TOURSIT TAX WILL BE PAID DIRECTLY IN OUR FLAT .
Hi! My name is Marina and I'm a specialist of Antiquities, Art of the Classical World and Art Nouveau ( but don't worry! No antiquities items in the flat's forniture...) I'll be happy to host and help you in my city! ### Tourist Tax ### From the 1 June 2018 also Trieste has its "Tourist Tax". This Tourist Tax must be paied directly in your Hotel/B&B/Camping / Holiday Apt. Rental etc. and the tax depends on your accomodation type and classification. Our "La dorata" is a 3 stars Holiday Apartment and then the rate are 2 Euro/for person/for night for a maximum of five nights. ( Please note children up 18 years and disable guest with their companion are exempt). Accomodation provider is responsible for the collection of the tax and has to leave you the relevant receipt , which may be separatly on the total bill.
The flat is in a wonderfull location at 2 minutes by foot from the heart of the city, the scenographic Piazza Unità d' Italia. All the major amenities (Historic monuments and buildings, Museum, Shopping areas , Restaurants and Bar) are situated within walking distance.
