Residence La Filanda is surrounded by a large garden with 2 swimming pools, and is just 4 km from Lake Garda. It offers self-catering accommodation, and free parking. La Filanda is an ancient spinning-mill dating back to the early 19th century, carefully restored to its former glory. It is located in the centre of Costermano. You can choose from cosy apartments in the mansard, or more spacious ones with a loft. The staff is available on site between 09:00 to12:00 and between 15:00 to 19:00.

The apartment complex La Filanda is not only a magnificent architectural complex but also an historic place, as in the past it was a modern silk mill. The apartments are provided with safe, sat TV and airco/heating. On a property of 15.000 m², olive trees, pines, palms, roses and cypresses as well as archways, vaults, stairs, pillars and antique walls create a romantic and poetic setting. Next to the adult pool is a separate children's pool, a playground and a car park, one space per flat. You're welcome to bring your pet along for a supplement, payment on the spot.

Neighbourhood information

A bicycle rental at 500 metres and a shopping centre at 300 metres from the accommodation. Within a few minutes you are on the lakeshore and can visit the enchanting towns of Garda, Bardolino, Lazise and Torri del Benaco. Guided bike- and walking tours are the best way to explore the fascinating Lake Garda hinterland.
