In any case, my name is Vincenzo and I come from the place of Scopello my mother together with my cousin who is called Vincenzo as me; They are the owners of the Scopello Bakery where we make the famous Pane Cunzatu. Being a good boss is not easy, but I will try my best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Any suggestions or criticism will be welcome. I will be at your disposal in case of problems during your stay. If you do not like something, give me the chance to fix it in time ... I would like you to bring home a nice memory of your holiday ...

Property information

In a villa where at the moment the first floor was completed, in 2018 the apartment in "Open Space" was born, which is located at 100 from Torre Bennistra recently restored. The apartment is accessed via a small spiral staircase, at the disposal of the apartment there is a terrace of 20 sqm, with a breathtaking view of the sea of ​​Scopello, inside the apartment there are no rooms but it has been designed in style OPEN SPACE with double bed and 2 single beds, there is a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen but complete with everything also on the ground floor. ALSO on the ground floor of the same Villa under construction, a studio has been created with a view of the Sea of ​​Scopello and of the Zingaro Nature Reserve. At the disposal of this last studio there is a tent of about 9 sqm, with sea view. Inside there is a double bed with the possibility of adding a cot or a cot if necessary, there is a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen but complete with dishes, pots and cutlery.

The studio "La Finestra sul Mare", is part of a villa still under construction ..., where at the moment the first floor of the Villa has been completed, and moreover, on the ground floor of the same Villa under construction, it has been obtained this studio with sea view, in a quiet and very close at the same time to the ancient village of Scopello about 150 m away, while it is about 2 km from the Zingaro reserve and 600 meters away by air from the Faraglioni and / or the Tonnara di Scopello you can reach even in 15 minutes on foot, immersed in a typically Sicilian and magical nature, also the studio is 150 meters from the bakery of Scopello owned by my mother, shops, restaurants, ATMs, Tobacco, bars, mini Market.
