Bright and comfortable studio apartment, located in the Torregrande marina in the first row on the seafront. The house is located on the first floor and is composed as follows: kitchen complete with dishes and appliances such as oven, fridge, freezer. Living room with dining table and TV. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, while in the living room there is a mezzanine with two single beds, for a total of 4 beds. In the master bedroom there is a bathroom complete with services such as shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The house is completed by a shared terrace overlooking the sea, perfect for outdoor meals. Possibility to park the car near the structure. They are free every day at all hours. Upon check-in you will be required to show a photo ID and credit card as guarantee. -Apartment managed in the name and on behalf of the owner-
