La Gaiada is a place of peace nestled among the hills and olive groves of Monterosso. Its position above the others gives guests complete freedom. It is a recently renovated semi-detached villa, ideal for spending a holiday fully experiencing nature and its rhythms! Furnished with love and personality, where every internal and external detail stimulates the imagination. You will feel like you are in the countryside but ten minutes from the sea. La Gaiada has two bedrooms (both equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioners) a bathroom with shower and a room in which the living room and a large kitchen are located. At Gaiada, in addition to the main necessary comforts, you will have a welcoming gazebo in which to eat outdoors. The property is located in a strategic position to reach the towns of: Monterosso al Mare and Levanto. Important information: - It is strongly advisable to have a car. In the event that you choose to come by train then you will have to call a taxi or use public transport keeping in mind that the times are sometimes binding! - access to the house is managed in self check-in mode to allow you to access freely after 3.00 pm - on the day of your arrival you will be asked to send your identity documents in order to register your stay. - According to the provisions of the municipality of Monterosso, a tourist tax of 2 euros per person is required for the first three nights. - Considering the distance from the center it is advisable to organize in advance for the purchase of food. The cheapest and closest supermarket is located in Levanto - We are in the countryside, so the presence of small insects is inevitable and every now and then it is possible to spot some wild animals in the areas surrounding the house.
