The property is centrally located on the seafront of the hamlet of Le Grazie, municipality of Portovenere. Located on the first floor of a historic building, the apartment consists of a bright living room with a sofa bed and overlooking the public gardens. It has a double bedroom with the addition of a single bed (for children). The generously sized kitchen is served by a small balcony overlooking the back. The bathroom with a large shower completes the property.
My name is Davide and I follow the structure of Alessandra and Alessio, the new owners, helping them in the management of their holiday home.
A few steps from the apartment, directly on the seafront, you will have all the comforts at your disposal: bars, restaurants where you can taste local specialties, grocery stores, a supermarket and strategic public transport stops (buses and boats) to explore the area. A few steps away you can also find the small sandy beach of the village, and a pebble beach, right in front of the historic Convento degli Olivetani, which seems to be reflected in the calm waters of the bay. The location is also ideal as a starting point: by car or thanks to the nearby public transport, in a few minutes by bus or boat, you can reach the magnificent Portovenere and the green island of Palmaria. From Portovenere, you can also reach the 5 Terre by ferry. There are numerous trekking paths that start in the area. The village is equipped with public parking, a health center and all the basic necessities.
