Wonderful, very unconventional apartment obtained from an ancient cave in the center of Modica, famous for its chocolate manufacturing and listed among the UNESCO’s Heritage Sites since 2002. This 80sqm house, fascinating and mysterious, is obtained from a portion of an aristocratic palace dating back to the 19th century. It is entirely furnished with precious items and objects, as well as colorful ceramics. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a living room with kitchenette, dining table, sofa convertible into a double bed, armchair and TV, a double bedroom and a beautiful en-suite bathroom made entirely of stone with a large shower, the real peculiarity of the house. It has all comforts, to make your stay comfortable and pleasant: here you will find Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, etc.
