Flat located in Giovanni Perlasca, 6 street of Viale Lecco, on the ground floor of a historic building, with separate entrance. The accommodation is located near the walls of the historic center of Como, just 2 steps from the Duomo and from the train stations: Como Borghi and Lake Como. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (recommended for 2 adults + 2 children), composed of a double bed with mattress and pillows in Memory and a sofa bed standard size (family room).They provide sheets and blankets. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker NESPRESSO with capsules, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and steel and non-stick cookware. Available to guests iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and clothes horse. The bathroom has a large shower, washing machine and dryer; they provide towels .Cooled environment in hot periods with portable air conditioner. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Important in Como to have a parking. If you want to can reservation my private parking for 15 euro a night/day (from november to march is free) The Pearl of Lake Como, for a stay in Como memorable !!!
