La Piana Affittacamere was completely renovated in 2017 with anti-seismic solutions. In each of the rooms there is air conditioning and wi-fi internet connection, as well as a living area with table, chairs, sofa, TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker and everything you need to be able to prepare breakfast or consume meals purchased externally (not provided). There are NO hobs available. The linen change does not take place daily, it is done at each customer change and in any case once a week. However, the washing machine is available to wash the laundry. In the garden, accessible from every room, you can take advantage of the tables and chairs available and also of a lounge.
I'm Stefano and I live on the top floor of the building, so I'll be available for any of your needs.
Camerano is a quiet village in the Conero Park which is about 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of Portonovo, Sirolo and Numana. Mount Conero is about 6 km away and is an unmissable destination for lovers of walking and hiking or cycling. The property is located in the town center where you can find bakeries, pastry shops, a supermarket, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, a newsagent and a tobacconist's. In front of the structure there is a bank and the bus stop with which you can reach the beaches or the Ancona railway station in about 20 minutes. Camerano is the town of Rosso Conero wine and underground wonders; you can do tastings or purchases in the various cellars of the country's countryside and visit the beautiful caves under the center of the country. Also very interesting is the visit to the Farfisa museum, a large and well-known company of musical instruments from the past. Every first weekend of September the beautiful Rosso Conero festival takes place, with typical products, local crafts, shows, good food and, of course, our good wine.
