Apartment in the heart of Mareson-Pecol 350 meters from the Val di Zoldo Ski area. The structure consists of a kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom. The heating is operated by a new pellet stove that is oversized compared to the size of the apartment. It quickly heats the room and is programmable. A private parking space in the garage in the basement is included. Priority is given to rentals lasting a week or more. The apartment provides all the necessary utensils in the kitchen, duvets, blankets, pillows and hair dryer. The guest is invited to bring: towels, pillowcases, sheets for a double bed, tea towels. If the guest needs sheets and towels I can easily provide them at a small cost. The guest is responsible for purchasing pellets to power the stove. Near the apartment there is a supermarket where you can find them throughout the winter period
