L'appartamento è piccolo, ma dotato di ogni comfort. E' stato studiato per non farvi mancare nulla e rendere il vostro soggiorno piacevole e senza problemi. Il bagno è stato completamente ristrutturato e dispone di una doccia spaziosa, mensole e cassetti per riporre le vostre cose, uno specchio ingranditore e asciugacapelli. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, con una comoda penisola con sgabelli per fare colazione o fare uno spuntino veloce. Il tavolo sotto la finestra invece può essere una comoda postazione per lavorare o per mangiare in pieno relax. Il divano letto è stato pensato per offrire un vero letto matrimoniale di misura regolare e con un semplice movimento si apre e si chiude, senza necessità di togliere la biancheria. Wifi e aria condizionata gratuiti completano l'offerta.
Via del Suffragio era l'antica entrata in città da nord. Il quartiere è caratterizzato dai portici sul lato ovest, che ospitavano le osterie e le botteghe dei tedeschi nel 1500. Ancora oggi la via è ricca di bar, ristoranti, un panificio e diversi negozi che rendono piacevole il passeggio. Da qui in pochi minuti si raggiungono tutti i luoghi più suggestivi di Trento, ammirando gli antichi palazzi e godendo dell'atmosfera vivace e laboriosa del centro città.
