Detached, stylish house, 250m from the lake. The house has 2 floors, with a separate entrance, a wonderful view of the lake and a small terrace behind the house. On the ground floor there is a bedroom (2 double beds 200x160cm), and a fully equipped bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a living room with a 112cm wide sofa bed with an extra custom-made spring mattress. This place allows you to fall asleep and wake up with a stunning view of the lake and mountains through a huge window, one half of which can be completely moved and opened. It comfortably accommodates 4 adults, with a maximum of 5 when staying with smaller children. Approximately 20m from the house there is a public parking lot, but reservation is not possible and the place is not guaranteed. There is mostly a free space. In case of emergency, it is possible to park the car on the side just next to the house.

The location on Lago di Iseo allows for many sporting activities (swimming, hiking, cycling, etc.). Bergamo airport is only 39km away by car. Close to the house are grassy public beaches, many restaurants and cafes. The public boat port (boats serve the whole lake) is 2 km away.
