Elegant and very large apartment of 200 Square meters in a private villa, builded by Architect Castiglioni and protected by the fine arts.It has a breathtaking view on the lake, with direct access to an external dining area, a garden and the swimming pool and solarium (size of the pool: 15 m x 6 m). Residential area, surrounded by nature and lake. Elegant antique furnitures. The apartment is splitted in 2 levels. On FIRST FLOOR you will find: - a double living room - a sofa bed sleeping one person(real bed) - a large dining table seating 8 people - big kitchen fully equipped - a small service bathroom EXTERNAL AREA - dining area - garden - swing pool, with use of owners as well - external bathroom with shower
