A contemporary studio apartment just a stone throw from the lake, surrounded by restaurants and close to all transport. This cosy studio apartment is like a mini suite just metres from the lake. Modern furnishings and design with all the things you need for a short stay and located in the heart of Como's busy restaurant area offers guests the perfect spot to just step out into the piazza and be immersed in the lakes beautiful and busy neighbourhood of Sant' Agostino with cobbled streets and al fresco dining
I like to host people from all over the world, I like to make feeling persons as they are at home....
The area known as Sant'Agostino has perhaps the highest concentration of restaurants in Como. From traditional pizza and pasta to meat and now even Japanese Fusion, restaurants in the area are open late and the newly renovated piazza offer great al fresco dining right by the lake. Meters from the apartment you'll find the Funicular station to ride up to the exclusive little mountain town of Brunate where you can capture the alps and views across the lake
