With the first apartment we have fulfilled our personal dream and by renting out our first apartment “Cipresso 2” many of our guests have been able to share in this dream. We now run three of our own apartments on Lake Como , our second home. We lovingly decorate our apartments, carry out any repairs with passion and are constantly working to optimize our service for our guests. Menaggio and Belaggio are always worth a visit. Our apartments are only about 4km away from Menaggio. In this picturesque place you can linger wonderfully or take a quick ferry over to Belaggio. If you prefer something sporty, Cremia is the place to be. Cremia is also about 4km away and offers everything a surfer's heart desires. In Cremia you can walk directly on the beach, cycle or jogging. At the start of the route and at the height of Pianello del Lario you will find numerous cafés, restaurants and bars. If you visit Lake Como in winter, you can't go wrong. St. Moritz (Switzerland) is only 90 km away. If you also visit Lake Como for skiing, you can also visit the direct ski area Valchiavenna – Madesimo/Campodolcino It is only a 45-minute drive from the northern end of the lake.
