Appartamento di nuova ristrutturazione, situato nel pieno centro storico di Bagheria, in via Ignazio lanza di trabia 176 in una delle strade più antiche e larghe, composto da Camera da letto open space con bajour touch che ricaricano cellulari e tablet,Cucina-soggiorno arredata e corredata,cameretta con 2 comodissimi letti singoli , Bagno con doccia relax. L'unità abitativa è provvista di wi fi fibra super veloce,area videosorvegliata ,2 Smart TV con annesso Netflix pronto all'uso , aria condizionata e pompa di calore. A disposizione degli ospiti: lavatrice/asciugatrice compreso di detersivi e ammorbidente per il lavaggio dei vostri capi , frigo, piano cottura a induzione compreso di kit a induzione , bollitore per il thè compreso di tisane thè e camomilla, macchinetta del caffè compreso di cialde e kit , asse da stiro ,ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, arredo bagno, arredo letto e stoviglie completo di tutto. Completano i comfort: cuscini e materasso in Memory foam. Illuminazione total led. Pareti total White . Infissi in alluminio e vetro camera. Per raggiungere il Mare più vicino si può andare nelle spiagge di Aspra (frazione di Bagheria), a Mongerbino, a Capo Zafferano, al Kafara (caratteristico per la sua discesa di 100 gradini), a Sant'Elia o ancora a Cefalù, Mondello, San Vito Lo Capo.
