Laqua by the Lake is a Cannavacciuolo’s Group project, a new collection under the name of LAQUA RESORTS. A new concept of hospitality: relax, have fun, savor the new experience of our new resort on the shores of Lake Orta.

You will be charmed by our 18 apartments in our new Lakeside Home in Pettenasco, a strategic place from which to explore the wonders of Lake Orta and nearby Lake Maggiore. Choose from 9 two-room apartments with views over the lake or internal garden, 3 three-room apartments with lake view, 4 suites and 2 exclusive penthouses. Our living solutions vary in area from 50 square metres (538 square feet) to over 80 square metres (861 square feet) for the most generously proportioned ones, while the penthouses are even larger with private terraces and hot tubs in the open air.

Neighbourhood information

The medieval walled village of Orta San Giulio, among Italy’s 100 most beautiful, is just a 5 minute by car. The island of San Giulio, the only one in Lake Orta,is an atmospheric must with its ancient church and many old legends of dragons, snakes and howling storms…and the Way of Silence for meditation as you walk around the isle’s perimeter. The Sacro Monte of Orta San Giulio is dedicated to St Francis of Assisi, and is a UNESCO heritage site, a gem of Renaissance art set in a stunningly beautiful park overlooking the picturesque village, island lake and mountains.
