Overlooking Villa Balbianello peninsula and the mountains, the attic apartment is spacious, very bright, silent and comfortable. Uphill, the house is about 15/20 minutes walking from the Lake, the beaches and, by car, from the Menaggio golf course. It's available for LONG-TERM rentals and perfect for SMART WORKING, for FAMILY holiday with KIDS, for sportive people and also for slow walking.
