L'atmosfera calda e accogliente in stile montano ti coccolerà per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e degli sport. Lascia a casa lo stress, leggi un libro davanti al caminetto acceso, o rilassati in giardino sulla sdraio in una fresca giornata in estate... Qui il tempo rallenta e si ritorna in sintonia con la natura. L'appartamento disposto su un unico piano è circondato di tre lati da un bel giardinetto esclusivo, recintato ed attrezzato con tavolo e sdraio, ideale per famiglie con bambini e/o animali domestici. L'arredamento in pino massiccio e il caminetto a legna in granito rendono l'atmosfera calda e accogliente. L'esposizione a sud fa sì che l'appartamento sia sempre baciato dal sole, cosa graditissima in inverno, ma che non pregiudica la freschezza degli ambienti in estate.
Mamma, tabaccaia, architetto... what else?
La palazzina è di sole 6 unità, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. L'appartamento si trova al piano rialzato, al quale si accede dalla scala esterna comune, o con l'ascensore direttamente dal garage. Nonostante sia in un contesto condominiale, l'appartamento è libero sui 4 lati, 3 dei quali si affacciano sul giardino di proprietà esclusiva. la casa si trova a 200 MT dalla piazza principale, quindi vicina al centro e alle attività commerciali, ma allo stesso tempo defilata, in una via senza uscita, tranquilla e silenziosa. La salita (50mt) che porta alla palazzina ripaga la fatica con una vista panoramica meravigliosa sulla valle e sulle montagne intorno. consiglio di venire in macchina perché le attrazioni da vedere sono davvero tante in tutta la valle. Comunque nei periodi più turistici c'è un ottimo servizio bus navette che copre tutto il territorio. Nella bella stagione è bellissimo usare la bicicletta: tante valli laterali sono vietate al traffico, quindi visitarle in bici è fantastico. c'è anche una bellissima ciclabile che percorre tutta la val Rendena, tanto che si può arrivare fino al lago di Garda! A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono 2 Mountain bike. Altre si possono noleggiare a Pinzolo.
