The apartment Le Ginestre is in Rio Elba, one of the oldest towns of the island. There isn’t a great variety of beaches around Rio, but its beaches are really spectacular. Among them, there are the renowned Ortano, Cala Seregola, Nisporto and Nisportino Beaches. The apartment is a nice two-room apartment with a comfortable living room and kitchenette with four gas burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle and TV; a double bedroom; a bathroom with shower and washing machine. New and comfortable modern furniture. Outside, a comfortable space for dining, equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. Private parking space. Check-in is at the agency IC Immobiliare - Via Carducci 39, Portoferraio. Opening hours: 10/13 and 16/19.
