Residence molto curato con parco e piscina in comune. Il residence si trova a 2km dal comune di Gioiosa Ionica e 2,5km dal mare di Gioiosa Marina. Il residence è molto tranquillo ed è ideale per una vacanza inn serenità nellla campagna calabrese ma a due passi da borghi bellissimi e dal mar Ionio
