We dedicate our daily work to those who love finding environments of other times, to palates eager to taste genuine products from the surrounding area (at breakfast) and to the souls in search of alternative experiences of "pure" tourism: the rooms and the entire structure have been renovated with the use of exclusively natural and recycled materials, according to the principles of bio-architecture; breakfast and tasting include an offer of home-made products of territorial origin, favoring organic ones; the wi-fi network is available for all the rooms, in reception and in the common room (with modest performances due to the position on the hill); we have not excluded the TV for those who just can't do without it (on request, available only in some rooms). An ideal destination for those who want to get away from the city rhythm and immerse themselves in a decidedly rural atmosphere, even ready to give up some luxury comforts. 7 rooms, double, triple or quadruple. We provide breakfast (included in the stay) and tasting of local products. We DON'T HAVE THE RESTAURANT. We provide a list of recommended restaurants in the area at the time of booking. The old farmhouse is located in Magione, few kilometers between Lake Trasimeno and Perugia. Restored in 2000, today it is based on the production of organic extra virgin olive oil and on the hospitality activity: Alessandra and Claudio and the whole staff will be happy to give you an unforgettable stay in one of the most beautiful corner of Umbria. Our farm is family and pet-friendly: some rooms can accommodate up to 4 people and your pet friends are welcome! A supplement is required for pets over 6kg or for more than 1 pet even if under 6kg.
