You will be immersed in the charm of medieval Genoa of the 12th century, 3 minutes from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the main square of Genoa (P. De Ferrari) and 8 minutes from the Aquarium. Ideal for groups of friends and families, it can accommodate up to 7 people, inside a charming 1st noble floor, without elevator, of about 150 sq. m, consisting of 3 bedrooms, a large living room with sofa bed, kitchen and two bathrooms. The environment is studied in detail to give you a unique experience, made in Genoa: in fact, you will be surprised with a globe holder, Genoese singer-songwriter records and sometimes some jars of pesto. Room 1: king-size double bed Room 2: French double with study area Room 3: Queen-size bed - in this case you have to climb a ladder to get to the bed, which is in the attic. °°°° Living room: corner sofa bed with peninsula, double bed The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking (stove, oven, microwave oven, pans, pots, cups, kettle, toaster, dishwasher). The two bathrooms are complete with shower, toilet, bidet and equipped with hairdryer, bubble bath and everything you need. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine. It is possible to request a cot (travel cot). Rooms 2 and 3 overlook the medieval and authentic Via dei Giustiniani and although they have double glazed windows, shutters and soundproof curtains, noise from the nearby pub can be heard, especially at weekends. For this reason, we provide disposable earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep for everyone, but advise against staying in these two rooms for those with slight sleep/insomnia problems who do not wish to use earplugs to sleep. You are 3 minutes from Genoa Cathedral and 8 minutes from the Aquarium: right in the historic center. You will have everything at your fingertips (Restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, supermarkets, bars, children's areas, monuments) forgetting about having to take your car. You will also be able to reach the beautiful Genoese beaches with only 15-20 by train, bus or car. For any information about the area I will be at your disposal although I recommend that you read in advance my personal guides (you will find tips on where to eat, drink, sites to visit, how to get around, etc.). In particular, I would like to point out that the apartment is located next to the renowned and historic “Trattoria da Ugo,” which is also known abroad as a producer and exporter of “pesto genovese”: there you can both eat traditional Ligurian dishes and buy “pesto genovese” produced live, in front of your eyes, in the little store in front “Pesto e Oltre,” also owned by the same property. No less valuable, in front of the house, is “Ristorante il Ciuchino,” excellent for everything but especially fish dishes. You will still receive my personal guides to make your experience unique.
