Brand new apartment in the central area located near the Santa Maria Elisabetta Vaporetto which is about 70 meters away and 50 meters from the main shopping street, bars, restaurants, elegant ice cream parlors. The apartment consists of brand new furniture, kitchen complete with dishwasher, living room, two bedrooms, brand new bathrooms, spacious and comfortable showers. It is possible to reach the beach which is about 700 meters away, reachable on foot by bus and own car.
