Property information

Bright, completely renovated apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people! The apt has 2 very spacious terraces, one of which is equipped with outdoor furniture and the possibility of isolating the environment by making it a plastic-coated veranda. The apt is located 4km from Milan-Linate Airport and a short distance from the "Centro Cardiologico Monzino" The 50sqm apt is located on the 1st floor of a building with a lift and has all the main comforts! It consists of an entrance hall with living room with sofa bed, desk and kitchenette equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, electric oven, moka and kettle. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. From both rooms you can access the large terrace with plants, chairs and outdoor table! Bathroom with bathtub and bidet. There is also a second terrace with drying rack and external wardrobe. Additional services available to guests: WI-FI, split AC, independent heating, washing machine, mosquito nets. We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 11:30 pm
