This lovely newly renovated studio flat is located on the first floor of a traditional building in the heart of Lipari’s historical centre just 3 minutes away from the harbour. The studio flats could’t be any closer to shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. The studio flat is spacious and has a small balcony overlooking the street, a new kitchen filled with everything you need to make a meal, a table with 4 chairs, a king size bed and a sofa bed that sleeps another 2 people. The bathroom has a comfortable shower and is topped up with basic toiletries (toilet roll, hand & body soap, hair dryer).
The studio flats in the building are managed by me and my collegue from Palermo so we won’t get the chance to meet you personally but not to worry, we have arranged for our guests to be welcomed by our co-worker Marianna who will check you in and check you out. We’re available whenever you need us so please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries.
If you don’t fancy walking about you can rent a bike, e-bike or a moped . Rental shops are close by and easily accessible. The closet beach is Canneto and you can reach it by bus. The ride is 5 minutes and the bus stop is opposite the Harbour. Coral beach and White beach are real gems you can’t miss them!
