Casa del Cocciaro is a recently renovated apartment, located entirely on the ground floor, in the heart of the historic center of Città della Pieve, 200 meters on foot from the real city center (P.za Plebiscito and the Cathedral of SS. Gervasio and Protasio). It consists of living area and kitchen, served by a bathroom, a double bedroom with private bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds, both with splendid views over the Val di Chiana and Monte Cetona. An ideal solution for those who want to spend a pleasant stay in full independence and total freedom. The apartment is complete with all the amenities to guarantee you a comfortable stay.
Owner and staff dynamic and attentive to guests' needs, we will do everything possible to make your visit of Città della Pieve and your stay with us pleasant and comfortable. The satisfaction of our guests is a priority of us.
Within walking distance there are three restaurants where you can taste the local specialities. All the points of historical and artistic interest of the city are within walking distance, such as the masterpieces of Perugino, the fourteenth-century fortress, the cathedral, the historic palaces and alleys, etc... At a short distance, easily reachable by car, bus or train, are the centers of Lake Trasimeno and Umbria (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, Orvieto, Marmore Falls, etc...) and nearby Tuscany (Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza, Arezzo, Florence, etc...). In the immediate vicinity there is a public car parking with free access (not bookable and not reserved). A 200 meters walk takes you to the real city centre, Piazza Plebiscito and the Cathedral of SS. Gervasio and Protasio.
