Company information

We are keen on architecture and design. We have decided to change life and we are now spending time curating our piece of land close by and renting our loft so you can enjoy the quiet Stintino life.

Property information

This house is on 2 levels and we have created a loft design so spaces are optimised and there is a open feel and it is ideal for a couple or a small family. you will find 3 main areas : upstairs are the bedrooms with the bathroom, downstairs is open plan living with fully equipped kitchen -dining- living and guest loo and outside a terrace with sofas and dining area. The property has got the latest equipment in the kitchen with a family size fridge/freezer, induction hob, electrical oven and a dishwasher. The kitchen lays on a 4 m plan close to the dining table that sits 4 to 6 people. The living space include a sofa and a designer armchair. the guest WC has got its basin. On the first floor, the small bedroom has got a sofa bed that opens into a bunk bed (ideal for and adult and a child) and a hanging rail. The main bedroom has got a double bed, a hanging rail and chest of drawer. The TV is in the main bedroom behind the main curtain and have access to a wide of Italian and international channels and apps. The bathroom is well equipped with walk-in shower, bidet, WC and basin. The outside terrace has got a table that sits up to 6 people and a sofa . We supply all beddings and towels (including beach towel) that are changed on a weekly basis. On request, We offer change of bedding and towel mid week with a fee of euro 40 bed and euro 30 per set of towel. The house is walking distance to swimming beaches, coastal walks, local restaurants and 15 min walk to famous la Pelosa beach .

Neighbourhood information

Stintino is a colourful fishing village bordered by 2 ports. The property is located across the main port in an very local area but away from the busy main part. Beaches are 5 mn walks but you can either rent a bike or drive the 3 km taking you to Pelosa (voted as one of the best beach in Europe). Take your bike on the bike lane and you can go to the open and less busy Saline beach.
