This lovely villa has unbelievable views from the balcony. Situated in a small hamlet just below the ski town of Torgnon, there are hiking trails right out of the door. Parking is just below the house. The Villa is made up of 2 identical apartments (each has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) and a Cantina on the lower level which has the washing machine and provides bike and ski storage and opens to a patio and fenced yard. There is a great restaurant within 200m (and a cool playground!) We have tried to provide everything you will need for a comfortable stay.
The Torgnon ski area is always quiet and very kid friendly - easy parking and lift tickets from 28 Euros per day! The house is also only 25 minutes from the lifts of the world famous Zermatt / Cervinia ski area.
***PLEASE NOTE***
Each floor has a small hot water heater in the bathroom and there is not enough hot water for more than maybe 2 hot showers at a time in each bathroom. You can set the hot water heater to manual so it reheats right away but this will still take a while.
We live in the mountains of Colorado near Aspen. We love to travel, especially to Italy.
We have a house manager who will be available for urgent needs during your stay
There are about 10 homes in this quiet hamlet just below the main part of Torgnon - There are 2 great restaurants within about 200m and a cool playground.
You can park above (only recommended in Summer) or below the home - It is quite steep and there are stairs.
