Property information

If you are looking for healthy, peaceful, escapist holidays, away from the noise, this is the place for you! A real paradise which benefits from a panoramic view on the lake of Como. A bright and spacious open-plan living room will surprise the guests with its breathtaking view; it's well furnished with two white leather comfortable sofas and a brand new HD TV equipped with DVD player. The open-plan room also boasts the dining room, with a big table and chairs, and the modernist kitchen fitted with all the stuff and electronic devices essential to prepare your holiday meals. During sunny days it is possible to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner outside in the exclusive private lake view garden. The garden boasts a large panoramic terrace with table, chairs and new sun loungers. The sleeping quarters is peaceful and comfortable: the master double bedroom is very bright and from the bed guests can enjoy a breathtaking view; there is also a second bedroom with two single beds. Finally the apartment features a fitted bathroom equipped with spacious power shower, a wash basin, vanity mirror, WC, bidet and washing machine. The accomodation is either for families or for couples.
