Only 300 metres away is an exclusive beach with direct access to the crystal clear sea. Inside, the residence sleeps 8 in spacious, well-appointed rooms. With two luxurious bathrooms, guests will enjoy comfort and privacy. This abode represents a holiday paradise for those seeking an unforgettable experience. ATTENTION!!! All guests are advised that there are construction and renovation works taking place a short distance from the flats, although the flats are well soundproofed, this may result in sounds and noise during working hours, the works will cease during the months of July and August to ensure peace and quiet in the area, but will be present during the remaining months. Please read this condition carefully before booking, Thank you for your attention.

It is world-famous for its Glamour holiday, and its heavenly beaches include: Liscia di Vacca Beach, Principe Beach, Romazzino Beach, Liscia Ruia Beach, Grande Pevero Beach. The flat is located in the natural inlet of Liscia di Vacca beach. The Yacht Club Costa Smeralda and numerous bars and restaurants are a 5-minute drive away. Liscia di Vacca Beach is a 300-metre walk away. All other beaches of the Costa Smeralda can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
