The apartment is located a few steps from the beautiful Lake Como and fully equipped to provide the comfort as you would like to have as you were at home. It offers a sleeping for maximum of 4. It has a nice sunny balcony with side view to the lake from the balcony and bedroom. The appartement can be reached by an elevator without having to use any stairs from the ground floor or from the garage where you have the opportunity to use the large private parking (additional cost may apply). The apartment offers a wide range of facilities like bathroom (shower & bath), washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker as well as a traditional coffee maker, toast maker and much more.
We would like to share our property with people who are enthusiastic to discover the beautiful surroundings of Lake Como in North Italy. We have gone trough a nice journey to make this place a place where you can relax en feel at home and spend a few days or weeks to enjoy the nice Italian surroundings, food and culture. We would like to welcome people who care about our apartment as much as we do. We hope that people who stay in our apartment will enjoy it as we do and would leave with the feeling they like to return some time.
The apartment is located in as small local village which offers restaurants, bars, and local shops (grocery, small supermarket, butcher) walking distance from the apartment. You can choose to walk to the beach directly at lake Como (100 mtr.) or take a walk or biking tour in the nice mountains. But there are also more options to spend your time like visit the city of Milan, take the ferry to Bellagio, Varenna or Como or have a drive around lake Como with its numerous local villages and restaurants. If you like playing golf you can spend some time at one of the best Italians golf courses. But also spending a day on the water of Lake Como or on the beach side is a wonderful thing to explore.
