IL GELSO BIANCO LUXURY APARTMENTS is a brand-new holiday home in the heart of Polignano, few steps away from the sea and 5-minute walking from Lama Monachile beach Bay. You can choose between two apartments: the TWO BEDROOMS apartments on the first floor and the PENTHOUSE apartment with three bedrooms, a private pool, four balconies and a sea view terrace on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Only the Penthouse has access to the sea view terrace and the pool. The TWO BEDROOMS apartment, on the first floor, has 2 double bedrooms with wardrobe, chest of drawers and thermostat. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed and a flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen, with all its appliances, will make you feel like at home. Ideal for couples, families or group of friends it has 3 balconies with sun exposure all day overlooking the sea and Via Roma. It can fit up to 5 people. The 2 BEDROOMS apartment doesn't have access to the pool. The PENTHOUSE apartment is a rare gem in the heart of Polignano. It has a generous sea view terrace, with sofa and sunbeds overlooking the sea and it has access to an exclusive mini-pool. Only the PENTHOUSE apartment has access to the terrace and the pool. The apartment, over 2 floors, has 3 double bedrooms with wardrobe and private balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful and stylish bathrooms and a lounge/Smart Tv room. Every room has its own space outside overlooking the sea or via Roma. It is the ideal residence for a couple, a family or a group of friends because it can comfortably fit up to 6 people. It is close to everything: restaurants, shops, beaches, markets, and the pedestrian streets that lead to the breath-taking views from the rocks. Guests appreciate: the central location, the high-standard decorations, the speed of Wi-Fi, cleanliness and soundproofing. Both the apartments, connected with a common staircase, can be booked together for a group up to 11/12 people.
I am from Rome and I love the sea and the nice people, in one word: Polignano. I have personally decorated Il Gelso Bianco luxury apartments trying to keep the tradition of the white stone and the ancient vaulted ceilings with a touch of modernity and design. I discovered the pleasure of hospitality with spaces where people can feel like at home but in a beautiful new place. My wish is to see you experiencing an unforgettable holiday.
Il Gelso Bianco luxury apartments is set in a perfect location: close to the sea, to the city, to shops and restaurants and anything you may need. It is at the corner with via Roma, the most important and famous street of Polignano a Mare, illuminated in the night from the words of 'Mister Volare', Domenico Modugno, the famous Italian singer born here. Via Roma is full of restaurants, pubs, shops and traditional boutiques. It is only few steps away from the sea and the pedestrian area. The Lama Monachile bay is 5 minute walking distance. The suggestive San Benedetto and Orologio Squares are also few steps away. Grotta Palazzese, the famous Grotto restaurant, is just around the corner. Nearby there are beautiful towns which are worth a day visit like: Putignano (20 km), Alberobello (28 km), Castellana and its caves (17 km), Locorotondo (33 km), Savelletri (24 km), Cisternino (37 km) and Monopoli with its beautiful beaches of Capitolo (8 km).
