this villa has a long story of important italian family. the story of noble family so the luxury, glam and elegant style is the characteristic of this villa on the lake. there is a big garden and a fantastic view on the lake from all rooms and from patio there is a unic experience in Como. We remind you that the villa has a garden that borders a small stream, there is a possibility that in spring and summer there may be mosquitoes, ants or other small insects. If doors and windows are left open and if food is left around they can enter the house. Although disinfestations are carried out every 20 days and products against insects are used in cleaning, if there are people who suffer in a particular way from the presence of mosquitoes and small insects it is suggested not to make the reservation.

the villa is near the center 650 meter so there are a lot of restaurants , caffe, shopping area and spa . also the sporting club with pool and boat in front of us
