The new and elegant villa (built in 2022) in typical apulian style near Carovigno (2 km) and Ostuni (7 km) has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (suite), a spacious living room and has capacity for max. 6 people. In the living room there is an additional sofa bed in a separate reading corner. It is an absolute oasis of calm on 7000 sqm of land! The spacious accommodation of 170 sqm overlooks the blue swimming pool with a large terrace surrounded by olive, fig, almond, orange, grapefruit, tangerine and lemon trees. It is located 9 km from the Adriatic Sea, a beautiful seaside resort for couples and families. The villa has very well-kept gardens and 2 terraces: one of around 35 sqm and the other of around 50 sqm in a courtyard with arches. An external kitchen very close to the swimming pool invite for a barbecue/ grill. In the neighborhood, 70 meters further, there is a small guest house of 35 square meters that can also be rented and can offer very comfortable accommodation for up to 3 people. For your safety: The entire 7000 sqm facility is monitored by a private police force in Carovigno, called ‘La Volante’, whose headquarters are 2 km from the facility. It takes 15 minutes to drive to the sea via Carovigno to Torre-Santa-Sabina. The beaches are very beautiful, sandy or rocky, and not far from Torre Guaceto, a nature reserve. You can make very interesting trips to the beautiful, authentic old towns of Lecce, Ostuni, Monopoli, Oria, Cisternino, Locorontodo, Alberobello or of course explore the fabulous beaches of Otranto. The house is calm and luminous. The veranda and pergola, pool areal are so wonderful to seat in the evening after a nice BBQ! Only 10 minutes to Ostuni and 12 minutes to the sea-shore at Torre-Santa-Sabina. One important thing: the touristic taxes are not included! It is 1 Euro per day per person above the age of 12 years old. This is the law in Puglia!

The next neighbors from Belgian are 200 m far away, the other one approx. 300 m far away, on an other hill! They will provide you the keys! There is plenty of space to park the car! At least for 5 cars! There is a large parking areal near the indoor kitchen, which is very practical for the heavy shopping!
