The spacious entrance is equipped to store your skis, snowboards, and boots, keeping the environment dry and tidy. The living area features a foldaway sofa/bed that becomes a 160x200 cm double bed with a memory foam mattress, as well as a foldaway single bed (85x200 cm), also with a memory foam mattress. A new 50" Smart TV with Wi-Fi connection is available. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining table and white/wood finishes create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom offers a large shower with concrete-effect tiles, designer sanitary ware, black taps, and a washer-dryer. Additional comforts include USB sockets for direct charging, dimmable LED lighting, and electric shutters. The location is ideal: 150 meters from the cable car, ski slopes, and ticket office; 150 meters from the skating rink; 100 meters from the mini-market, pharmacy, and post office; opposite bars and the pedestrian area. Free and paid parking is available nearby. In summer, you are in front of the clay tennis court and close to padel and five-a-side football fields. The area is quiet, traffic-free, and offers excellent thermal insulation for a warm and silent environment.
