NEW JULY 2025 - Our house Maginta Appartements Lercher is located in the heart of San Candido. The pedestrian zone with numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, churches and museums, the Haunold ski lifts and the Acquafun swimming pool are within easy walking distance in summer and winter. Our alpine-style flats offer a warm and cosy ambience. Private parking spaces are available in front of the house. The garden with playground is located directly in front of Haus Maginta.
We already rent out the Chalet Novalis and the Josef Lercher flats in San Candido. Since July 2025 we have built two more holiday flats in the centre of San Candido and can now also welcome you there. In our lovingly and high-quality furnished flats, you can enjoy your time out to the fullest.
