Magnolia is an idea of ​​local young people, who want to welcome those staying in Pescara, guaranteeing comfort, cleanliness and courtesy.

Property information

Magnolia is located in the center of Pescara, a few steps from the central train station. In a few minutes on foot you can easily reach the equipped beach and the sea. Adjacent to the large Villa Sabucchi park, equipped with games for children and with a restaurant inside, where in the evening it is possible to eat pizza and local dishes. The area is served with every comfort including the main services (bar, supermarket, pizzeria, pharmacy, gym, laundry, hairdresser). The structure can be accessed both from viale Bovio and from the sea/park road side. Check-in and check-out are completely autonomous and without any contact with the staff, using a modern and convenient code system both at the entrance to the structure and in the rooms. Magnolia is made up of two large rooms, each with a private bathroom with shower (complete with hairdryer, towels and toiletries), minibar with small freezer compartment, microwave, coffee pod machine. Waffles, minibar and drinks from the fridge are served free of charge. Free WiFi throughout the property. The property does not have a kitchen.
