Maison Bric is an independent room built on two floors, connected by an EXTERNAL STAIRCASE which connects to the ground floor where there is a BATHROOM with shower (bidet absent). While, on the first floor there is the bedroom. The garden is private, the solarium is equipped and the following are also available: an oven, an above ground swimming pool and an outdoor area with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The parking is free and included in the price. Take it easy in this unique and relaxing space!
