La Maison Gioffredi is a very central ultra comfort design apartment. Equipped with a large living room and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a double bedroom with external bathroom but opposite, both bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer. The living room includes over a large dining table, two comfortable sofa beds in one place each, the whole house can accommodate from 1 to 6 people. The apartment is located right in the center of Ischia harbor on the main shopping street, two minutes walk from the sea, 5 minutes from the famous square and 500 meters from the port and the historic center, the village of Ischia Ponte. It is furnished with modern rigor respecting the style of the island and its traditions.
