Only 200 metres from the sea and 20 km from the town of Cagliari, this holiday home will impress you with its large garden. The holiday house has a large living room and a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, three bedrooms as well as two bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 persons. There is also a washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and in the sleeping area,TV. Start your day with a cup of coffee on your private, furnished patio or prepare a delicious dish on the barbecue. The property is located on the road to Villasimius and is close to the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia. Bed linen and towels are included in the price
