Position: The house is located a stone's throw from the historic center of Colle Santa Lucia. It is on the ground floor of a six-unit condominium. From the house you can reach the center of Colle in 2 minutes on foot, where there is a Supermarket, Bar and Restaurant, descending into the village down the hill by steps. The House: The house is 85 m2 and has two bedrooms, one double and one twin with two single beds, a large windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine; lounge / living area (with adjoining kitchen) very large and bright with a large sofa, a new television, extendable table. The kitchen is in excellent condition, very spacious and well equipped. The living area has three large windows facing the Val Fiorentina, with a partial view of Mount Pelmo and sideways of the Civetta. From the living area there is access to a terrace, always oriented towards the valley, the Pelmo and the church of Colle St. Lucia, where you can sunbathe, have lunch or dinner in the summer. In the morning the living area is well lit as it faces east. Both bedrooms have access to a second side terrace overlooking the valley, the Pelmo and the church and the meadows behind the house. Here you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon. The apartment is equipped with a box in the shared garage accessible by an external staircase, and an external car. Area: The Ladin village of Colle Santa Lucia, with its unmistakable profile with a church and Monte Pelmo, offers hiking and cultural itineraries such as the Alta Via dell'orso: a route (indicated with special signs) that plunges into the most authentic heart of the country, in a naturalistic scenery of extraordinary beauty able to make you live a unique experience, among paths, woods and suggestive panoramas. Other privileged destinations of the collese summer are the ancient mines of Fursil and the places of the First World War, but also the opportunity to immerse yourself in the discovery of the small village.
