Modern 90m2 attic in the center of Luino, recently renovated and bright. In a central and quiet area, exactly in the center of the famous market: • 1 bedroom • 1 bathroom with shower • Large living room with sofa bed • Equipped kitchen • Second floor without elevator • 2 minutes from the lake, ferries, train station • Perfect for families and travelers • Well connected to Switzerland and Piedmont Excellent location to explore Lake Maggiore, Switzerland and the beauties of Piedmont together with comfort and convenience, perfect for families. Located on the second and last floor without elevator. Due to the centrality of the apartment, free 24/7 parking is less than 2 minutes walk away. All rooms have windows, creating a warm and welcoming and bright atmosphere. The shutters will help you keep the house dark at night, as you wish. The living room, which represents the heart of the apartment, is a real pearl, modern and spacious. There will be a table for 6 people, you will also have a 65-inch Smart TV for the best viewing. In the house you will find: - Washing machine - Oven - Microwave - Nespresso coffee machine - Kettle with teas recommended by us - Hairdryer There is a bathroom with window, with all the toilets and washing products. The house is also suitable for children including every corner of the furniture. Upon request you will have a high chair and a standard cot available.

The area where the apartment is located is very central, on Wednesdays there is the historic market that will not allow you to use the street parking (this will not cause noise disturbances). A few meters away there are banks, restaurants and shops of all kinds. During the year our municipality organizes many types of events suitable for everyone, furthermore there are various beaches to access, playgrounds for children, outdoor and indoor sports equipment.
